I first bought the trio pack and was blown away by the Punchy. It was bold, fruity and intense - just the way I liked it. I changed my subscription to a 3L, Punchy only, for this 2nd purchase. However, it turned out flat/bland/tasteless, the flavour profile is closer to the Smooth. I followed proper storage procedure, and was puzzled by this drastic difference. I contacted customer service and we had many polite emails, but they refused replacement/returns/partial refund. They attributed to 'personal preference' and 'seasonal variation'. I will use this 2nd Punchy like the Smooth, which isn't what I hope for in this purchase. Exhilarated at first discovery, but disappointed at 2nd purchase.
